During our Clotted Cream Cruise to Okehampton we had the great pleasure to meet and were introduced to a new friend, and very good friend of Janice, by the name of KEV. Forum members will probably know him better as "SHADDERS" or, affectionately, "The one with all the peircings". We thoroughly enjoyed his company on Friday evening, had a few beers and some laughs with KEV who is best described, and will probably be best remembered by those who got to meet him as a "Gentle Giant".
Upon our return on Sunday we recieved the very very sad news that KEV had passed away at his home over the weekend and we have all been saddened and shocked by this sad, sudden and untimely passing of a friend that could have been a future brother of sillybuggeryness, but none more so than our "Mother", Janice.
This has been extremely difficult to write and I hope I have painted a picture of KEV that he would be proud to read and, for those who missed out on the pleasure of meeting him, can imagine the sort of unique and friendly character he was.
We have decided to post this in memory of KEV and to show our deepest sympathies, respect, love and support to our "Mummybeast", Janice and to the family and friends of Kev.
